Midwife Centered Childbirth
Based on the book Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth,
this 4 week series will focus on a midwife-centered method of birth.
Subjects taught will include relaxation techniques, nutrition tips,
overview of the stages of labor, how to handle potential complications
and the role of the birth partner to reduce the pain of labor.
$90 includes Ina May's Guide to Childbirth book.

Natural Childbirth Preparation
Getting pregnant was the easy part, figuring out how to have this baby with the least amount of pain takes some real planning. Add to that all the skills parents will need to take care of a newborn, wow lots to learn! This 6 week series will give Mom and her birth partner the tools they need to birth and care for a baby in love. Subjects taught will
include relaxation techniques, nutrition tips,
overview of the stages of labor, how to handle potential complications
and the role of the birth partner to reduce the pain of labor. The last class will focus on baby care and introduce the Happiest Baby on the Block techniques.
Cost: $130 includes Happiest Baby on the Block(R) DVD and Ina May's Guide to Childbirth book. $100 for class only. $10

price is $150 for a 3 hour session in your home or at a mutually convenient location.
