Midwife Centered Childbirth
Based on the book Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth,
this 4 week series will focus on a midwife-centered method of birth.
Subjects taught will include relaxation techniques, nutrition tips,
overview of the stages of labor, how to handle potential complications
and the role of the birth partner to reduce the pain of labor. $10

Whether it is homebirth preparation class, or a colicky baby, I am
happy to provide you with the service for your needs and schedule. The
price is $125 for a 3 hour session in your home or at a mutually convenient location.
